Custom Order Timeline
Every Outlaw Spirit piece is custom made just for you. To help ensure your order arrives when you need it, please allow time for design, proof approval and revisions in addition to the listed production time.
Production time begins after your final design is approved — not when your order is placed.
PLANNING FOR YOUR DEADLINE
4–6 WEEK PRODUCTION ITEMS
We recommend beginning your order approximately 8 weeks before your requested in-hand date.
This allows time for:
- Order details, names, brands, logos and artwork to be submitted
- Initial design and proof
- Customer review and requested changes
- Revised proof, if needed
- Final design approval
- 4–6 weeks of production
- Shipping and delivery
6–8 WEEK PRODUCTION ITEMS
We recommend beginning your order approximately 10–12 weeks before your requested in-hand date.
This allows time for:
- Order details, names, brands, logos and artwork to be submitted
- Initial design and proof
- Customer review and requested changes
- Revised proofs, if needed
- Final design approval
- 6–8 weeks of production
- Shipping and delivery
YOUR APPROVAL DEADLINE MATTERS
Once you receive a design proof, please review it carefully and send your approval or requested changes within 2 business days whenever possible.
We are happy to work with you to get your design just right. However, multiple rounds of revisions, delayed responses or changes made after final approval may affect your scheduled completion date.
If your final design is not approved by the approval deadline provided for your order, we will always do our best to meet your original requested date, but we may no longer be able to guarantee that delivery timeline.
NEED YOUR ORDER BY THE 1ST?
For orders with a 6–8 week production time, we recommend having your final design approved approximately 8 weeks before your requested in-hand date.
For example:
Need your order by March 1?
Begin the order and design process in December.
Final design approval should be completed by approximately January 1.
Production takes place during January and February, with shipping scheduled to allow your order to arrive before March 1.
For 4–6 week production items, final approval should be completed approximately 6 weeks before your requested in-hand date, with additional time allowed beforehand for design and revisions.
